The Cumberland County Property Assessment Office is the office responsible for the administration of all Assessments (real estate and occupation) administered by Cumberland County. The Assessment Office must maintain and make available records associated with assessment administration. These records include tax maps, indexes, property records, and sales information. It is our intent to provide you with the latest and most accurate information pertaining to the County's assessment activities. Here you will be able to:

If you wish to file a formal APPEAL (PDF) or APPLY (PDF) for Clean and Green status, please, download and print out the appropriate appeal form and file in our office by September 1 for the upcoming tax year. Forms may also be obtained from and filed at the Cumberland County Property Assessment Office, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle PA 17013.
