What is Case Management?
The role of case management is to help people locate community connections that provide support for citizens in recovery from mental illness. It is the case manger’s role to help each person locate mental health treatment and rehabilitative supports as needed and to assist in helping to make community connections such as housing, insurance, and natural supports (such as exercise, or other hobbies.

- Community Employment
- Community Support Program (CSP)
- Forensic Service
- Outpatient Service
- Partial Hospitalization

Crisis Intervention provides psychiatric or mental health emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
