- The Pennsylvania CASA Association is the statewide non-profit organization that supports local CASA programs. It is the role of PA CASA to promote public awareness of the CASA concept, to help new programs to develop, and to assist local CASA programs provide a voice in court for children who are abused and neglected.
- The National CASA Association works with state and local CASA and volunteer guardian ad litem programs to promote and support quality volunteer advocacy to help assure each child a safe, permanent, nurturing home.

- The Office of Children and Youth Services provides professional social services in order to protect the safety and welfare of children; preserve, support, and strengthen the family; identify alternative care and a safe environment; and identify a permanent home for those children unable to remain in their home.
- The Cumberland-Perry Drug and Alcohol Commission exists to ensure that a full continuum of quality, public-funded substance abuse prevention, intervention and treatment services is available to all eligible Cumberland and Perry County residents.
- The Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Office develops, implements, funds, and administers a full range of services to persons with mental disabilities who live within the 2 county area. In addition, the Program Office provides information and referral services to the general public.
- The Office of Aging and Community Services provides support and information regarding community services for people of all ages.
- Safe Link Wireless is a government supported program that provides a free cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers.
- Adult Community Autism Program supports adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, age 21 or older. This resource has been developed by the PA Department of Human Services.
