The Pennsylvania CASA Association is the statewide non-profit organization that supports local CASA programs. It is the role of PA CASA to promote public awareness of the CASA concept, to help new programs to develop, and to assist local CASA programs provide a voice in court for children who are abused and neglected.

The Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Office develops, implements, funds, and administers a full range of services to persons with mental disabilities who live within the 2 county area. In addition, the Program Office provides information and referral services to the general public.
