Cumberland County has developed a Countywide Action Plan, and a coalition called Clean Water Cumberland, which will identify Cumberland County’s local role to work with partners towards implementing the pollution reduction goals outlined in Pennsylvania’s Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan by the end of 2025.

Countywide Action Plan Milestone Report

Cumberland County has prepared a milestone report for the Countywide Action Plan, which is currently open for public comment. Please email Elizabeth Grant with any comments on the submission by 4PM on November 29^th, 2022.
