Who can receive services?

Any child living in Cumberland or Perry County who is between birth and the age of three, having a delay in development determined by an evaluation.

What is the cost?

Families at any income level are eligible and services are provided at no cost to the family.

Where are services usually provided?
Services are provided in settings that are a part of the child's daily routine, for example:

• Child Care Centers
• Home
• Preschool Programs
• Playgrounds

• Nutrition
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
