Uniform Parcel Identifier (UPI)

Effective Oct 1, 2008 by Ordinance 2008-3 passed by Cumberland County Commissioners July 28, 2008, all documents pertaining to real estate will be required to contain a tax parcel number. This number must appear on the front page of the document and will need to be certified by the Tax Assessment Office (Room 110 in the Old Courthouse) Prior to recording in the Recorder of Deeds Office.

See our UPI (Uniform Parcel Identifier) page for more information.

Web Mapping

The Cumberland County Property Mapper is an internet-based tax mapping application created by the Cumberland County GIS Department. Through this application, users can now view our spatial data over the web and be able to zoom, identify features, and locate an address within the county. There are instructional videos on how to use the new system.
