Surety Agent Requirements

Surety Agent:

• Writes under an Authorized Insurance Company (ie, Lexington)
• A license from Pennsylvania Department of Insurance (Certificate of Qualification)
• Can operate throughout Pennsylvania with 1 license
• Current Financial Statement of the Insurance Company for whom they are writing bail bonds
• Power of Attorney from Insurance Company
