The department provides ancillary criminal justice services to support the Courts and other County departments. The department operates multiple restorative programs including Drug Testing, Continuous Alcohol Monitoring, and the Driving Under Suspension - House Arrest/ Electronic Monitoring program.  It is also responsible for the management and coordination of specialty courts comprised of the Overdose Intervention Court, TOMS (Together Optimizing Mental Health Solutions) Court, and Treatment Court.
