While Ordinance Section 8 requires that the UPI numbers be placed at the top
of the first page of the instrument, if the instrument relates to more than a few UPI
numbers a table may be added to the instrument and a reference made at the top of
the first page to the location of the table, such as: “See Table of UPI Numbers on
page ____.”
