If I have a radio that does not work, whom do I call?
Call Harris service desk at 1.800.806.0949. If the radio needs to go back to Harris for repair you need to request an RMA (return materials authorization). If a new radio needs programmed after being received call the same number but simply tell them, “I have a radio(s) that needs programmed for the first time”.
