If you are a new homeowner or have not applied in the past you will receive an application for Homestead/Farmstead.
The Homestead/Farmstead program reduces the homeowner’s school property taxes, and the savings is reflected on your school property tax bill. If you have not already applied for the program, you can fill out an application between December 15 and March 1.
