May 15th, 16th and 17th from 4:30pm-6:30pm

Cumberland County Vector Control, Cumberland County Recycling, and Keep Cumberland County Beautiful will be hosting a tire collection and recycling event at the Cumberland County Recycling Center.

The address for the event is 1001 Claremont Rd. Carlisle PA, 17013.

Participants must sign up for an appointment in advance. Appointment slots are available in 15 minute increments and are established to address operational logistics. Each customer is limited to 30 tires per day. All tires will be weighed and each customer will be charged $0.15 per pound for disposal and recycling. Pre-registration will help control traffic flow and reduce congestion.

Tires are an excellent habitat for mosquitoes and are a real eye sore, so help us help you reduce potential mosquito habitat around your home, and keep Cumberland County Beautiful!
