IDD Services for Children/Youth
Typically, children/students, ages 3-21, are eligible to receive family support services such as respite, camp, therapeutic activities, and supports coordination. Students, ages 14-21, are eligible to receive transition services such as habilitation, job coaching, and supports coordination. Cumberland/Perry IDD embraces employment in integrated work settings as the first and priority option explored in transition planning for youth with intellectual disabilities.
All services are contingent upon available funding.
