Held on properties that are not purchased at the Judicial Sale. These properties are sold with the written consent of all the taxing districts where the properties are located, free and clear of all tax and municipal claims, mortgages, liens, and charges and estates of whatsoever kind, except ground rents separately taxed. Repository Sales are completed by submitting a bid in writing. You must submit your bid in writing with payment to the Bureau. Your bid is then presented to each taxing authority (county, municipal, and school) where the property is located for consideration.
